Information for Exhibitors

Exhibitors will be able to share their interests with the members of the ACB convention.  The Exhibition area will be in the convention hotel, and will allow guests to visit as they come and go from the hotel to various events and functions.  The full details and application can downloaded here or from the bottom of this page.

Location: 
  • Wyndham Pittsburgh University Center - 100 Lytton Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15213 (US 1-412-682-6200)
Dates and Times:
  • Wednesday, March 30th: (Registration begins at 8am/ Exhibits open 10am- 6pm)
  • Thursday, March 31st: (Exhibits open 10am – 6pm)
  • Friday, April 1st (Exhibits open 10am – 6pm)
Attendance: 
  • We anticipate 200-400 musicians, convention attendees and guests each day.
Exhibitor Criteria:

We are looking for a high quality mix of instruments and musical supplies for concert band musicians. This can include music
compositions, digital services, crafts, apparel, jewelry, travel and further educational opportunities, as well as anything that would be of
interest to conductors and musicians. We expect exhibitors to display for the full convention.

Exhibitor Fee:
  • $150 per table (6’ x 30”) in the most major hallway adjacent to the main ballroom.
  • $100 for each additional table space.
  • (Electricity will be available for all booth spaces.)
Additional services provided:
  • Website: A listing of exhibitors will appear on the convention website. www.acb2016.org
  • Program Book: All exhibitors will be listed in the 2016 Convention Program. A program ad that will be distributed at all performances and to all convention attendees (at least 2500 printed) can be purchased at a 10% discounted rate.
  • Convention Banquet: The convention banquet on Friday, April 1, 2016 is optional, but can be a great way to make professional contacts. Dinner tickets can be purchased in advance for $45 per person.
Cancellation:
  • Only requests made before January 29, 2016 will receive a refund.
Release of Liability Waiver: 
  • Must be signed when registering. Exhibitors are responsible for their own insurance coverage.
