Rehearsal for the convention band will be held at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall.

What you might want to bring...
  • Pencil (to keep up with notes from our conductor)
  • Music stand (if you're able - we'll have approximately 85 stands to share, but not enough for everyone)
  • Your music (you will receive original pieces of music when you arrive and will be asked to turn in all printed copies you might have made).
  • Stand light & extra batteries (with a large band some of the lighting on stage may have shadows where you sit)
What to wear...
  • Rehearsals are casual, but many have made a habit of wearing their hometown community band shirt to show their pride.
  • Concert Attire : Men
    • Black - Pants / Jacket / Socks / Shoes
    • White Shirt
    • Dark Long Tie
  • Concert Attire : Women
    • Black - long dress / tops / pants / long skirts / shoes
      • Dresses and skirts should be over the knee.
    • Sleeves should be present and cover the shoulder.
